I use the mostly as a desk lamp when working from home and it's really good at that. But it shines for video conferencing. The main lamp arm can swing up vertically and shine light directly on your face which makes a huge difference in quality - most of the issues you get are because your face isn't lit properly. I have a proper podcasting light but it's a hassle to set up whereas this is right on the desk and you can swivel it up and then drop it back down in seconds. There's the usual range of brightness an warmth controls - nothing amazing but it has what you expect. touch controls are quick to respond. Had this a few months now and no issues.

Slim, sleek, smart contemporary design and excellent light options

I purchased these lamps, one for my sister and one for myself. There are several settings and we have ours on low light. We use ours for reading at night in bed. They are amazing as when they are on can light up a room without blinding you. The light that this lamp emits is peaceful. It also does not get hot. You can touch it with your hands. The fact that this lamp lasts for many hours is a plus. I would highly recommend.
