Whitmor Rattique Laundry Hamper with Lid and Removable Liner - Espresso

I have ordered several styles from other manufacturers and either returned or trashed them. This is the one I kept. It has a pleasing look and is sturdy, including the attached lid. I would recommend this if your hamper is visible rather than hidden in a closet.

The dimensions were spot on and this hamper fit nicely in our designated spot. The hamper is lightweight and a pleasing color to compliment our new bathroom. The construction is sturdy and the lid fits well and closes without issue. The removable bag to carry the laundry to our laundry room is convenient. It is small but we were expecting that and it is the perfect size for 2 people.

I love the way this hamper looks in my laundry room. If there is any disappointment it would be I wish it was a little larger and maybe twice the size. The hamper itself seems to be holding up well but I may add a weighted base to fit the bottom. We have a clothes shoot from an upstairs bedroom. When the clothes drop into it they don't always hit exactly the target and the hamper knocks over. Aside from all I love it and not a deal breaker for me. It's hard enough more so to get my kids to take their clothes & pick them off the floor of their rooms & use it. LOL

I am SO pleased with this!! Exactly what I wanted and good price. I've looked everywhere for a sturdy hamper with hinged lid and only kept finding flimsy, cloth hampers with a removable "lid" (not fitted) or weird velcro lids. This is lightweight, very good looking, sturdy, and has a nicely weighted lid and a nicely fitted removable cloth liner. Great price not nearly as expensive as other ones and there is nothing cheap about it. Very very pleased wouldn't change a thing

This looks wonderful in my hallway and fits exactly one load of laundry so I know when it is time to start the washer! I was looking for something that i wouldn't be ashamed to leave out in the open since my boys share the hamper. It is a very sturdy and nice. It has a liner that can be washed also.

The hamper looks just as pictured, which was great and a nice surprise since some other reviews did not have the same experience. I love the style, color, that it has a lid, and that it fits in the little space in our apartment. It’s a little shorter than I thought it would be, but I like it anyways.

I bought this hamper because the picture on the screen looked like a sturdy and also attractive hamper - and the price of it indicated to me it would be worth the price I paid. Well, the weaving of the strips is not secure. A few pieces are already dropping off which caused me to start glueing them back. I am an elderly woman, living alone so no one else handles it. Sorry I made the selection I did. June McCabe
