The fit is perfect for my 2024 Rav 4. No problems taking it out. If there's a lot of stuff in the tray you may need a few seconds to get a grip, but the convenience and organization highly outweighs this.

This fits my car perfectly and even has cutouts which match the charging plugs are in my center console.

This is perfect for my 2022 Toyota Rav4. The center console is one huge compartment and with this, you can get organized and have a spot for smaller things like spare change, pen, and whatever else you might like to have in your car. It fits perfect. I keep bigger things below it. It seems I can keep more things in the center console because this is like a shelf. It’s better to use this than to just throw everything in that big hole where you might have to rummage looking for the little things. It’s like why didn’t my car come with this shelf in the first place? Get one if you like to be more organized. Happy with purchase.

Fits in nicely and adds an extra layer of organization. Just can be a bit tricky to move out if you need to access what's underneath.

When I first saw this on Amazon, I discounted it as unnecessary and gimmicky, but as I worked to outfit the car for its first road trip, I figured I'd give it try, and I'm so glad I did! It fits perfectly, looks great, and provides a very useful separation between the upper and lower areas of the deep center console. It allowed me to place some emergency/less-needed items in the bottom yet retain easy access to them while having ready access to more-often used item in the upper section, including the USB ports. It doesn't interfere at all with the small (and almost useless) factory OEM tray. I like the rubber mats for cushioning, anti-slip, and cleaning. The only improvement I would suggest is some type of grab tab sticking up in the middle somewhere to make it a bit easier to lift the tray out of the console, especially when loaded (i.e. "heavy") with miscellaneous items.

This was a great addition to the console to help keep things organized.
