Hold heat like a champ!!!
I'm incredibly impressed with how this smoker holds a steady temp. Once dialed in, it's a true "set-it-and- forget-it" machine, staying consistent for hours. This rock-solid stability is the key to perfect low-and-slow cook, making food more juicy and flavorful than ever. It produces a fantastic, clean smoke flavor and takes all the stressful guesswork out of great barbecue. This smoker is an absolute game-changer.

Great backyard vertical offset smoker
This unit is an awesome backyard offset setup for those of us who want to be able to hang sausage for smoking.I have done steaks, crabs, brisket, beef ribs, and fish on my unit, and it's big enough to make food for a full family gathering in a single shot.I am getting about 35 minutes between charcoal/wood split reloads while smoking at 225 degrees with a mix of hardwood charcoal (for heat) and splits (for taste).Good ventilation and easy to maintain temperature. The but and bolt setup for the fire box air intake is kind of annoying, they should redesign it with a spacer so you can crank down the screw and nut without it coming loose or being too tight to easily open. I've had the nut fall off and had to fish it out of the firebox tray, so I may redesign this part myself. The smoking chamber is a bit too small to do a full packer brisket without angling or folding, and while an oval shape would have been more ideal, but then the unit would have been gigantic, so I do understand the reason. Also, it's really short!!! I have to basically crawl around on the ground when tending the firebox. I will be building a 24" riser upon which to set this thing. The legs shouldn have been at least 10 inches taller, or at least the vendor should sell longer legs. For the money, this things is an amazing offset for an avid backyard pit master who wants enough capacity to do feed a family gathering.

Beautiful shape and great
Used this BBQ grill for an Easter party and it worked great. It took an hour to install (I recommend using a 10mm socket if you have one). It has wheels for easy transfer and a temperature gauge on the left lid to see the temperature, which is great since I used to use a separate thermometer. You may need to put a bucket under the left grill because there is a hole where some oil will come out and stain the deck. What I like most is that it has a small platform to put some seasonings. Friends also liked the look and price and asked me to share the link of the grill with them. I was happy to do so.

Easy to install, spacious, and durable.
The media could not be loaded. This grill is big enough for me and a few of my employees to use. The instruction manual is simple and easy to follow—we had it assembled within 30 minutes of bringing it home. Although the grill is quite heavy, even an 8- or 9-year-old child could more or less move it. It also has a large cooking area, making it ideal for people like us who barbecue frequently.

Poisonous Coating
Poison, inside drum is painted with something that melted and bubbled off over the food i tried to prepare for my family. It took way too long to put together because the instructions came from somewhere that needed AI to put pictures to step by step without dimensions. I pre cooked it and treated it,... this is knock off garbage that is going to literally Poison your family. Don't waste your money, or your health.

Not very heavy gage metal.
Assembly is problematic.
