Pride and Prejudice: The Original 1813 Edition (Jane Austen Classics) Paperback – April 10, 2022

This is very large, heavy and substantial book. I am not used to book compilations like this so maybe this is normal. This book would be too heavy to fall asleep in bed with. The gold on the edges comes off in my hands a little, but maybe that’s normal?

All books arrived in perfect condition although not sure what USPS did in Springfield, MA. I opened the box and a letter was inside saying the package was damaged. One book was in plastic but the rest weren't. I was wondering whether they opened to see what was in the box. I checked the box again and the label was cut off the original box. There was no damage to the label either. Inspecting the box it was stamped that it was repackaged. Either way, luckily there was no damage. The books were in perfect condition.

I can’t believe I found a complete set of her novels for this price and I’m such a beautiful and well put together book!! This would make a lovely present for anyone who enjoys her works. It’s my new favorite!

Love the language and intellect in these novels. If you've seen the movies, you should enjoy the books - much more depth and often many more amusing satyrical moments.

Really beautiful looking book, great to place on a bookshelf, or if you're looking for an affordable way to purchase Austen's entire collection. The pages are very thin (think Gideons Bibles) and the type is extremely small, with 300+ page works being condensed to half as many pages.Overall it was an okay buy but not the most pleasant reading experience.

A huge book filled with stories by Jane Austin.. quite a keepsake.
