Yes it can be. If you don't like the yellow turn signal, you don't connect the yellow wire.

Sorry, no. We can't find this product on the market at the moment. We only have daytime running lights and rear bumper lights which fit for 2018 Highlander.

Hi. Yes this rav4 DRL can keep amber, but we do not agree to do so. Amber lights are dynamic and are used internationally as turn signals to alert other drivers.
