Capri Tools 3/8 in. Drive Shallow and Deep Chrome Socket Set, 6-Point, 8 to 22 mm, 30-Piece

I was eyeing this set at holiday time when it was on sale for half of what I paid on Amazon. Kicked myself numerous times for missing that bargain. A 3/8 socket set is a standard for automotive and medium duty mechanical work. Just had to have it so, I added this Capri drive set to my tool chest. They are of the best quality in durability, finish and weight. I was tired of kits that skipped specific socket sizes or other brands' added tools in their kits just to increase the tool count, ones that you'll probably never use anyway. This is the most complete, QUALITY set I could find with extensions, ratchets and adapters aplenty. The ratchets simply fit my hands naturally and work flawlessly. When you rely on tools to get the job done you will not regret this purchase, even at this price!

Great tools for a great price! Well worth it, and I definitely plan on buying their products in the future. I’ve used these now almost everyday, and they have definitely held up to the abuse!

These are great so far! Excellent chroming, great fit on fasteners and clear stamping for the sizes. I love the no skipped sizes too.. I’m definitely getting more capri tools. I did buy these with my own money and have zero regrets!

this set comes in sturdy case. the chrome finish is excellent. rathet comes without grease. internals are well made and protected by rubber o ring. after applying lube the operation is super smooth with very little back drag. I take one star off for misleading description. the ratchet isn't low profile at all. shallow sockets are almost mid-size, way bigger than craftsman counterpart. very good buy for 35 $ I paid. however full price is 100 $ + too much in my opinion. there are better options for less with better warranty on product.update 5/1/19.since I bought this set cheap I keep beating on the sockets with 3/8 impact driver. no damage to the krom whatsoever. no damage to the square drive. comparing to my vintage craftsman 3/8 socket set made in USA (same plant as Mac and proto. same forging) they are equally durable. the coating seems to be on pair with snap on. initially I thought I bought set of cheap Chinese shiny looking sockets. now I can say the higher price is justified

sockets are top notch no problem, wish the price stayed the same. bought it for 34 plus tax.

Having spent many years as a truck mechanic and owning probably £40k in snap on tools and then having them stolen , I was reluctant to spend again but not lose the qualityAfter weeks of searching for comparison tools I found these and bought a few bits and the quality is fantastic , is it snap on ? No but I don’t have to sell my soul to pay for them either .So far very happy to the point I have 7 sets of their sockets and a set of extensionsDefinitely high quality and worth it

Als Hobbyschrauber, der nicht immer zur 1/2 Ratsche aus Platzgründen hinlangt ein absoluter Muss! Ich liebe meine handlichen 3/8 Ratschen, war aber immer bei Nuss-Sets mit den Größen unzufrieden, aber mit den Capris absolut kein Thema. Verarbeitung macht einen super Eindruck. Nüsse sitzen ziemlich spielfrei auf meinen Hazet, KS Tools und Snap-On Knarren. Passgenauigkeit auf Schraubenköpfen ist auch top.Immer wieder gerne
