Love these bulbs, and how they are compatible with Apple Home. A good range of colours, and I rarely have issues when them responding to Siri.

The media could not be loaded. As you can see here, the light works perfectly with Apple. A really reasonable price. Can control light brightness and colour by voice, home app or Meross app. Also allows you to set up personalisation on your phone. Only one negative - does not work with my touch lamp - when I touch the base, it flicks through different colours so I’ll just have to operate it by voice or app.

I had to set up Routines in Alexa rather than being able just to ask for the light levels I like. But you can get very nice lighting through the Apple Home app, although that doesn’t work with Alexa. It’s a work in progress.

I had a really frustrating experience with the Merross Light Bulb. The setup was a nightmare. I had to connect it to HomeKit first, but when that didn’t work, I couldn’t connect it to anything else. It seemed like the bulb was locked into HomeKit, and there was no way to bypass it or use it with any other platform without going through HomeKit first.This was a huge inconvenience and made the light bulb nearly impossible to use as I wanted. Overall, it was a disappointing purchase, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.1 star – Complete hassle to set up, and ultimately useless without HomeKit.

All our smart bulbs are Meross and they’ve been great over the years. It came time to swap out our Kitchen bulb with a newer version and setting these up and connecting to Alexa and Apple Home Hub is straightforward and super easy.This bulb did have a hardware problem about a month after being delivered (which was a first) but Meross agreed to swap it out straight away as it comes with a 2 year guarantee. Really happy with the customer service and product.

Great size, and cheap very durable and easy to use, never flickers and it’s easy to link and use everyday!
