This product is definitely five stars! I asked my parents if I could buy these resistance bands on amazon for working out and getting stronger during the summer. My parents let me buy the product, which they absolutely loved and it was 100% worth it for the quality, price, and durability.To start off with, the resistance bands quality and design is so comfortable for anyone who plans on buying it. When using this product, many individuals will utilize it and will for sure put it to good use, which is what I did. These bands can also be taken anywhere to any location. Let’s say you want to workout at the beach, you can simply put these bands in a backpack and take them along with you wherever you go. Another cool feature about this is that it is very clean and modern. These resistance bands have various colors and it is sorted from lightest to heaviest if you want to workout with heavier weights. By comparison, other resistance bands I looked at were more expensive and a lot heavier than these ones, which made me lose interest in those bands. However, this resistance band is so easy to use and is very smooth as well.Secondly, these resistance band’s price is worth it and it is simple to use. If you’re a fan of working out just like me, you can do various different exercises with just these resistance bands. It is even very easy to set up as well as wrap up when you’re done. All you have to do is tie it around the knot, wrap it around the band, place it into the bag, and there you go, that’s it. Also, this product is a great price for someone who is on a budget. Comparing to other resistance bands, the price is definitely worth its money for a very good deal. There are many exercising products that are way too expensive, such as dumbbells and barbells that could exceed up to $400. However, these resistance bands are only $15 for only four colorful bands, which is definitely a steal for anyone wanting to exercise daily.Lastly, the durability of these resistance bands will last for a long time. I have had this product for about eight months and I have been using it four times a week and for 30 minutes a day. I still have these resistance bands right now and they are still in good condition and good use. This means that if in eight months nothing bad happens, then there will be no issues when one uses it in many years. So it is definitely safe to say that these resistance bands will always be in good condition for a while.When I was a bit younger, I was not a fan of exercising, but after seeing and using this product for many months, I am a big fan of these amazing resistance bands. Perfect workout addition. Use for helping do pull ups and doing wonderful range of motion exercises

they work just like as if you lift weights, love them!! I use these bands when travelling just for chest, biceps and triceps. You can put 2 together if you want a heavier lift, very good thick material and they seem will last for a longg time too!

I personally did not find these too helpful for pull up assistance but that may be a personal weight issue and I possibly needed to go up even to the set including the orange band. However this is a decent and especially cost effective set for use as just regular resistance bands. they come with a storage bag and a door attachment so these would be great for traveling or small spaces.
