The looks is almost flawless, some edges have like a hair thin crack. The latch feels cheap in the way that when touched it has a wobbly feel before applying pressure to unlock. But for the price, it works and looks great from afar 😆.

I saw several reviews that made this product sound risky. What I did take from the reviews was that I needed to pay close attention to the directions. When I did that, working slowly and carefully, it came out perfectly. The doors look great and work great. The programming is another area that required careful reading of the directions.I can only imagine that some of those bad reviews were written by people who didn't read the instructions. I had no problems at all.

Just got it Sunday. Was able to install it myself. It's very sturdy and looks great.

Installed fine, I followed instructions. However, the programming doesn’t work. The default code works, but it will not program new codes. Other buyers have had this problem recently. I emailed the company and they only resent the instructions for programming that still doesn’t work. Hoping for a replacement that works

The media could not be loaded. This thing is gorgeous! So glad I did not return it. It's a little finicky when trying to set it up. You must read the directions no matter how many times you've installed door handles.It can be used on multiple sizes in this may cause you to think it's wrong. It has lots of little variations that you can do to ensure it works for your door so again, read directions!Even the lock and unlock works completely different from all other motorized locks that I have. Rather than completely turning the lock, it saves battery by just engaging the lock then you must use your thumb to turn the actual lock. This may cause you to think that it's not working properly.I can't say this enough... READ THE DIRECTIONS!I actually set up a refund on this but then decided to give it a shot. So glad I did not refund it. Check out the picture above. It came out beautifully!

I didn't have the best experience installing the product initially, but TMC Hardware has great customer support and helped me to finally enjoy the NEWBANG Entrance door handleset. It looks perfect and modern. I totally recommend it!

This lock is very "okay." It was easy enough to install, but the escutcheon was not easy to set accurately to where it hit the strike plate perfectly so I have to pull my door really hard forward to lock it. The lock is a left or right install which was convenient, however, the lock functionality is wanting. It's ALREADY BREAKING. I have had it for about almost 2 months now and just this week (near tail end of month 2) the deadbolt got stuck and I literally could not turn it to lock the door. I was running late and essentially had to take a hammer to the lock to force it to turn otherwise my house would have been unsecured and since the strike plate does not connect with the handle well, the door stays open. It does not close all the way. I just had to buy another lock, because this one is the definition of 'You get what you pay for."
