A Thought-Provoking Journey into Self-Discovery: Chiro Kishimi's 2-Book Collection
If you're looking for books that challenge conventional wisdom and invite deep self-reflection, the Chiro Kishimi 2 Books Collection (featuring The Courage to Be Disliked and The Courage to Be Happy) is a compelling duo you won't want to miss.In The Courage to Be Disliked, Kishimi and co-author Fumitake Koga introduce a fascinating dialogue between a philosopher and a young man, exploring the principles of Adlerian psychology. The book is an accessible yet profound examination of how our past does not define us, how we can take full responsibility for our happiness, and how we can free ourselves from the weight of societal expectations. The message is powerful: true freedom comes not from external validation but from within. Then, in The Courage to Be Happy, the conversation picks up where the first left off, expanding on the principles of happiness, self-reliance, and the importance of embracing life's challenges. This sequel doesn't just repeat the same ideas but deepens them, offering practical insights into how we can create a life aligned with our values, free from the need for constant approval from others. What sets these books apart is their ability to make complex psychological concepts feel relatable and actionable. Kishimi’s philosophy encourages readers to reconsider their assumptions about themselves and the world around them, leading to real, transformative insights. The writing is clear, often poetic, and always engaging, striking a balance between intellectual depth and practical wisdom. Both books are packed with lessons that are as timeless as they are revolutionary. If you're ready to confront your own insecurities, break free from the constraints of societal pressure, and embrace the courage it takes to live a life of true happiness, this collection is a perfect start. It will make you rethink everything from your daily choices to your long-term goals—and leave you with the confidence to live authentically.

The Courage to Be Disliked: A Life-Changing Perspective for Business and Beyond
I never expected a book to shift my mindset so profoundly, but The Courage to Be Disliked did exactly that. It’s not just a book—it’s a philosophy, a wake-up call, and a challenge to everything we think we know about happiness, relationships, and success. At its core, this book teaches the power of letting go—of seeking approval, of past regrets, of self-imposed limitations. As someone navigating the business world, this lesson was transformative. It helped me realize that success isn’t about pleasing everyone or conforming to expectations. Instead, it’s about staying true to your values, making decisions confidently, and focusing on what truly matters.
