My husband’s very expensive hearing aide quit working during the time he was sick and in the hospital. Doctor’s and nurses and the family had to get near his ear and holler for him to hear, it was very awkward. I needed to do something, so I bought one of these MSA PRO’s to try it out, and it worked great. So, I bought a second one. He has used the pair for 3 months now, keeping one charging while wearing the other. I paid about $30 for each, and it has been well worth it. The only complaint is that one of the chargers doesn’t seem to work right, but, since I have two, it doesn’t matter. I highly recommend.

Item is a bit big for my ear but it does amplify sounds. Sometimes it amplifies them a bit too much that I hear everything. AFter 10 plus uses, the volume/sound doesn't work as well now but it still does a slight job of helping me hear. I do love that it comes with a charging device so no need to buy batteries.

Too much background noise, no filter, hard to hear the words because of the background noise overpowering the vocals.

Not the best but not the worst. Definitely a good bang for your buck.

The hearing aids did work, and I was able hear well with them, but the wires became loose, and they stopped working. First, one hearing aid broke then the second one followed.

It works in the perfect environment. Battery life good. Has echo tho
