Un-stuck a stuck berry
I had a 'stuck' fermentation so I ordered Young's Yeast, Yeast Nutrient and Pectolase (which I shall use later so I cannot comment). I'm beginning to wonder if the Yeast I bought from Wilko's is not up to standard. Young's yeast seemed to get activated immediately and with the addition of the nutrient my Elderberry wine is bubbling away happily.So from now on, it's YOUNG's and only Young's and the seller here was not as expensive as elsewhere - win win.I had put too much time into my 7 demijohn's of elderberry wine (it really is a fiddly job - next time I might freeze some berries and see if they are easier to pluck from the sprig) and I didn't want to throw it away. This Yeast and Yeast nutrient work well together and brought about 7 happy bubbling demijohn's and 1 happy amateur wine-maker :-)

Not 3 x 100gram
Another shopper posted that the item title is misleading but I decided to risk it. As you can see there are 2 x 100gram containers and 1 with 32 grams. Can the seller amend the title now so that other buyers know exactly what they are getting. Not quite value for money hence the 3 stars.
