Q: What is the height of the actual trolley part? I'm guessing height dimensions given in the description are from the ground/wheels to top of trolley??

Q: I'm 6 foot 3... Can any tall users share whether the handle is long enough to comfortably use without crouching or twisting?

I'm 6'3" and trolley is fine with handle fully extended. I can walk normally and only caught heel once - that was going down a steep hill with a lot of weight in it.

Q: Do the wheels of this not just sink into the soft sand when you’re pulling it along? Is it a battle?

Yes they sunk in sand. We took to 3 different beaches and the only sand we found it went over easy was compact wet sand. Awful for beach use in my opinion . We probably won't use again. We saw some with big round beach wheels. Look for one of those

Q: Internal dimensions ?

Don't know for sure but its massive! Ample room for all the gear needed for a beach day for a party of 6!
