I got a pair of these for my father to make work-holding easier for him while he completes various jobs around his house/garage. He loves them! They feel a little bit heavier than standard quick clamps, but well balanced. They are pretty easy to use and hold the work-piece in place well. They do cost 4x the amount of a similar sized quick clamp from HF, but these have the time-saving factor, so if you value your time or need easier clamping assistance due to having “old wrists” they are well worth having.

These things are great! They don't have quite as much clamping Force as a similarly sized regular pump clamp they are great when you just don't have an extra hand to help. Takes a little bit to get used to LOL. I don't intend to slowly replace my other pump clamps with them but I think I'll always have one or two on the work truck.

I like these! I use them to fix work pieces to my bench. Sometimes the workpiece is overbalanced off the bench to allow cutters that go through the work piece to have a place to go and not cut up the bench top. This means I need to hold the work piece with one hand and clamp with the other. Squeeze clamps work, but take time, and are a bit awkward with the non dominant hand. These spring clamps, set, fire, done! I confess to a bit of a confusion though. Most clamps, the top of the F is fixed, and the bottom slides. On these, the bottom of F is fixed, and TOP slides. Get used to it. You'll like it.

Have had a stroke, great help since I only have the use of one hand.

Truly remarkable invention these new spring clamps help me in so many ways of getting things done right the first time

Bought 4 of these. Works as expected and once I got used to the spring loaded action I wouldn't go back.
