Birthday gift disappointment
The media could not be loaded. I will say this item shipped faster than the time given. I opened this item the day before my daughter’s birthday to have it charged and ready for her to try. Upon opening and attempting to power the device on nothing happened. I plugged it in for about 30 minutes then tried again and nothing. I left it plugged in overnight and in the morning tried it again. Nothing. My daughter had to open a gift that was trash! She was so heartbroken and I of course was very disappointed and upset. Too much money was spent to have an experience like this!!

Dead on arrival
The battery on the unit would not charge. The unit was plugged in for over 12 hours prior to first attempted use. The unit would not turn on while it was not plugged into the charger. It would turn on while plugged in, but would only display a red indicator light. The moment it was unplugged, the unit would shut off again. We have requested a replacement unit from the seller.
