If you need to cut your pills into a different size this is so worth the money. We have some pills in our household that need to be cut in half and doing it by hand is not only difficult, but not accurate. I saw this and took a chance. Wish I had done it sooner! You can adjust it for big, medium, and small pills! It is very easy to use, keeps them safe in the unit so they don't go flying everywhere, and you can do multiple pills at once if you need/want to.You can't beat the price and how it works!

After cutting pills one by one, I was excited to order this so I could cut a bunch of pills in one swoop. So I filled it with pills and was disappointed when it struggled to cut through them. I pressed harder, two or three times, and it finally got through them but there was some crumbling too. Bummer. The next time I only filled it about 2/3 with pills and it cut them just fine. I guess you just can't max it out. One nice feature is that you load the pills into it loosely and then turn two little gears on the outside and it lines up all the pills in a straight line and holds them in place for the cutting blade.

I love this cutter!! It makes cutting pills go so much faster. I don't need to line up the scored line on the pills, and it takes any shape of pill. When I fill the whole tray, though, it's hard to close the top to cut through them all at once. For most pills, I can easily manage four at a time, though, so it still saves me a lot of time. It's very sturdy and I like the mechanism that lines up the pills in a straight row.

I absolutely love this pill cutter!! It makes my pill cutting so much easier. I have cerebral palsy and I often have a hard time getting uniform cuts. Doing it the old way, one at a time was slow. I take my medicine 3 times a day. This is a game changer! I only wish I found it a while ago!

This is great! As long as you're not cutting large pills, this is great! Makes it so much faster to cut multiple pills! Such a time saver. Very easy to load and use. Cuts evenly. Loads smoothly. Make sure you make the cut fast and not slowly so you don't just make the pill crumble up.Absolutely recommend this pill cutter. I bought two so my father has one as well.

It took a while for this to arrive but it was worth the wait. Using an ordinary pill cutter is tedious as you try to keep the tablet straight in the cutter, one at a time, over and over again. This multi tablet cutter was quick and easy. Just adjust the guides to the size of the tablet using the dial on the outside, place the tablets between the guides where the tablets are not moving around and depress the cutting blade. Easy peasy and all of the tablets are cut straight through; no uneven sized pieces.

Centering device works amazing this product only works with circular medications though cuts really nice dont need a lot of pressure i also notice the blade is decently thick maybe 3 razor blades thick so I imaging this will last a while! Update after chopping many pills the centering device becomes not aligned very quickly so if you have to take your medication by exact dose this is not for you i did notice if I make the adjusters slightly loose and peer thru the bottom I can line it up and get a perfect cut! Super inconvenient though!
