During the first three months this product was fantastic, just prior to its fourth birthday is stopped holding air, and now it will remain remain semi inflated for about ten minutes.What is the process to file a warrantee claim?For someone who is in a wheelchair or in a seated position for long periods of time I truly believe in the product, as long as it is made properly.
