Perfect for under my desk: I have Multiple Myeloma in remission. It was discovered because it attacked my back. Four vertebrae were fractured, and I lost 3 inches of height in my lower back. That means I had to raise my chair to keep the same desk position I've always had. That left more distance between the chair and the floor than I was used to. I was also prone to crossing my legs, and that's not good, especially not when you have a desk job. So this one thing fixed every facet of the problem. A bonus is that I can also pull it out and use it for exercise.

Love this stepper for my home gym. I use it a lot to do a variety of workouts. I like the larger size and slip resistance. It has 3 different heights and it looks generic so you can probably buy more levels. It locks well, no slips yet!

I bought this for Les Mills BodyPump since I can’t attend the classes at my gym anymore. It’s a little less than $40 under the LM brand. I’m reviewing it because I was nervous on buying this or duct with no revives to guide me, so I wanted to help out someone who’s considering this but likes reviews how I do.It arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Simple packaging (packaging wrapped in a plastic covering. The risers are already connected so it’s good to go out of the box if that’s your preference..I haven’t tried to take them off so I can’t speak on the ease or functionality of thatI’ve only used this for two different LM workouts, so I can’t speak on durability either.I will update accordingly.I was doing the workouts at home without the bench and now that I use it, I can honestly say it makes a difference on the entire workout for the better. It can be used for various workouts no matter what you’re into.It’s sturdy and solid. It holds and comfortably supports my back, and it stays secure and in place when I use it for push ups and other exercises. The material feels like a combo of rubber smoothed out on a solid surface if that makes sense?! It’s firm, yet gentle on the back.It looks almost identical to the LM one(from what I’ve seen online). It’s heavy but not so heavy that it can be easily picked up and moved during your workout. It doesn’t look or feel cheap and it’s perfect for what I need it for. I’m glad I bought this.

It’s good quality but for the equilibrium, not very useful as should be. But for stepping it’s great.

Buying things online can be sketchy so I was concerned this would not be well made/sturdy enough for me (obese 40 year old woman). I was also worried that the top surface would be slick, making it a fall risk for me, and difficult to stay on safely in the rocker mode, however the top is NOT slippery at all, despite it being plastic. It is textured just right so that I feel secure while stepping AND while in rocker mode. It was also easier than I thought it would be to transition from stepper to rocker and back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently started doing stepper workouts, which I've never done before. I did research and this one kept popping up on all the best lists.I love it!It never slides around and it is big enough I can do all the step variations in my workouts.It was also reasonably priced.It came on time in great condition.I am very very happy with my purchase.It's hard for me to sweat, but I easily sweat with these workouts!

This is a solid step and I don't think it is going to give out any time soon. But with that sturdiness comes weight, just the platform is fairly easy to maneuver, but once you start adding the risers that thing gets heavy. That is not a complaint, merely an observation so that readers can make an informed choice.Many other reviews and questions mention separating the risers. This does require some finger strength but they do come apart. I have found that if you locate one of the locking pegs and focus on pulling just one out, the remaining ones are easily levered out.I am only a month in to using this platform but it is great for step workouts. The kids love playing "The floor is lava" using the platform and risers, and I even bought an extra pair of risers to give them more 'rocks' to step on.One thing to note when using the platform at an angle is that it only works with 1 or 2 risers to elevate one side. More than that and the risers don't sit flat on the floor.Overall this is the best step platform I have ever owned thanks to the fact that it is sturdy, versatile and when you factor in those positives, the price is worth it for what you get out of it.
