This is one nice bench. I returned another bench ( fly bird) because the padding was thin and the bench very narrow, short and wobbly ( I’m only 123 lbs 5’6”)This bench is perfect. It is nice and wide so I don’t feel like I’m falling off and plenty long enough. ( added head piece that is removable) It has thick padding and is made very well and sturdy for the price. It even has a carrying strap for when it’s folded and you want to move it. If I could fault one small thing I wish the pin that you pull out to fold up the bench was still attached after pulling it out. I’m always afraid I’m going to loose it.This bench was actually a cheaper price than the flybird brand I returned. It’s a keeper.

Solid bench, definitely get the one with the head rest if you are tall. Im 6-1 and it's perfect fit. Adjusts nice and easy upright to totally flat.Folding design makes it great for storage or transport.

Update:Excellent customer service!After leaving my review, the company reached out to me to resolve my concerns. I'm definitely impressed with their customer service.Although this bench was not the best choice for my intended usage, I highly recommend this bench for regular seated and inclined use.This bench seemed great out of the box, till I started using it. The decline isn't adjustable, not very functional. The unit is very bulky to move around, not the easy one-hand in the pic. The hard red trim along the edges is absolutely brutal when using the bench for any exercises leaning against the side (i.e. hip thrusts).Think carefully at what you'll use it for before purchasing. I definitely regret this choice.

Great weight bench. Packaging was amazing, especially the items and tools needed to assemble. Directions were clear, bench was so easy to put together even in my basement with low light. The weight bench is stable, easy to adjust and fold for storage. Great value for the price.

Very easy to put together, it took approximately 20 minutes by myself. All parts were in the package, which is always a plus! It’s fairly sturdy for a bench in this price range, but don’t expect professional gym quality. Understand what you are purchasing. What I love most about this bench is the height from the floor. I am rather short (only 4’11), so finding a bench that is decent quality and also low enough for my feet to sit flat for stability has been difficult. However, this bench is the perfect height for me.

Works perfectly for bench press; plus it it long enough to support my head, I’m 6 feet tall.

It was easy to put together and isn't super heavy. One of my pieces was defective as it still had the metal cutout where the bolt was supposed to go but I was able to remove it myself. It goes completely flat and is a nice height when in the sitting position. The suction cups/pads on the bottom don't work well to keep it sturdy, I slid something underneath to give it a better platform.

Bench is smaller than advertisement shows. I'm kind of glad I didn't throw out the other bench In the process.
