Q: Will this fit on honda civic hatchback 2017?

Will this fit on volkswagen 2000

Q: I know these aren't the "UR" style flap but do these bend/flex or are they a stiff plastic?

After examining a set in my hands, they bend quite well in comparison to the UR flaps. About half the flexibility of the UR. They are not made of polyurethane, but instead a durable plastic of sorts that I am not exactly sure is called.
