Never had any issues with these machines.Payments taken quickly over built in 3g.Charges for payments are also reasonable.

Excellent product and good fair price

So after using it for 4 months here is my reviewDevice Malfunctions: lots of Instances of the machine becoming unresponsive or displaying error messages shortly after purchase.Poor Customer Support: none ,there are no humans there besides a website where you can talk with an AI system ,no contact number .Slow Boot-Up Time: The device takes approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds to start, which can be inconvenient during busy periods.Connectivity Issues: Problems with establishing or maintaining a stable connection, leading to transaction delays or failures.Limited Battery Life: Battery lasts only up to four hours, necessitating frequent recharging.Security Vulnerabilities: Potential exposure to security risks due to bugs in the card reader’s software.Overall not recommended ,when it works It did the job for a couple of hours however … when there’s a problem be aware that you are on your own there is no contact number or anyone you can speak to .Cancelled the account and dumped the machine

Brilliant perfect for stall holders

Great little device when set up and fully operational.Installation and setup instructions could be better, quite confusing in fact.What follows is a quite intense level of bureaucracy. What you are not told is you only get the advertised transaction fee if you use their bank account. If you use your own bank account you are charged 2% per transaction.Apart from that, we have been very pleased with the product.

Great little machine

This has been an excellent purchase. Sum Up have it all. You can use one of these devices to take card payments and the money will go into your Sum Up account. I actually prefer people now pay by card and not cash, less hassle having to give out change.
