I use this camera daily in my office for video calls. The picture quality is amazing. I love the ease of use as all I had to do was plug it in and it was ready to go! The quality of this camera is so worth the value. I seldom use the mic in it as I have a wireless headset but I have tested the sound quality and it is very good! As a camera for video calls daily the functionality and mountability is spot on very easy. This was a great buy!

Purchased the Conference 360 for our office to have remote meeting and its an awesome device! It has an easy plug and play setup , the video and audio quality were really good, and the different mode you can utiilize during a call were great. The AI voice detection mode put the person talking on the screen.... very cool!! There was NO software to download so anyone in the office can use it in our meeting room. At this price this is a must have for any business or office that uses Zoom or Teams meetings. Purchase with confidence!

We've been searching for a conference solution for our company for some time, and we finally found the Toucan Conference 360, it works perfectly. It's compatible with most conference software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and others. We're very satisfied with the voice pickup function, which works well in our conference room that accommodates more than 12 people. The four different display modes are also very clever, allowing us to choose the most suitable one based on the number of participants in the room. Both the sound quality and picture resolution are very good. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this purchase.

The product works, but... I had an issue with my Lenovo Flex 7. The Internal camera (a known issue) freezes the PC during video calls. The fix was mess with settings or get an external camera. I chose the the Toucan 1080P because it was inexpensive. It works but it white washes my features. I have white hair so it makes me look completely washed out. None of the settings made any difference.I replaced the Toucan 1080P with a Fannico S30 and the new camera works as expected.

I've been using this 360 camera for a week now. So far so good. The video quality is very nice. You can choose from different view mode like the split mode where the view will be split horizontally into two, then the grid mode where the view is split into 4, the focus where the camera is only viewing the speaker, and panorama view. The microphone sensor seems pretty responsive. The speaker quality is pretty good too. Overall this is a high quality conference room camera to own.
