Paper saving!
I brought this for my daughter for school to practice her character words. So she won't have to waste paper. Work wonderfully. No lag. Very simple to use and it use a c charge so it more convenient to charge. It worth it to use for schoolwork. Screen size is just right. I would recommend it. Maybe a bit pricey. But when you think about how much money going to be spend on white papers. Worth it.

Terrible app
So I had previously used a Livescribe Echo and really loved it. I lost the pen and wanted to try something different. I'm really disappointed with this. A couple things to understand, the audio recording is done on your phone, via their Ophaya Pro+ app. So keep in mind that notification sounds etc will be captured in your audio. The user experience in the app for listening back to your recordings is terrible. It's extremely difficult to move through your notes and through the audio. There's no way to increase the speed of the audio (sometimes I want to listen at 1.5 or 2x speed to get to the spot I'm looking for) either. And for a recent meeting I was in, I recorded for about 2 hours, multiple pages of notes, and I couldn't navigate to different sections of my notes at all. I would expect to be able to click on a place in my written notes (in the app) and have the audio play at the point I was taking notes. Not the experience here. The tablet is a nice option for drawing or if you're just taking a few notes, but the app just falls so short of any expectations for this type of pen. Not to mention I couldn't find any way to get support for it. So if anyone from Ophaya wants to help, please let me know! I was so disappointed that my return window expired before I was able to really use this and see how terrible it was.

Many things I like; one thing I don't!
It works pretty well! The main thing that was not so good for me was that the writing board to me was very very dim; requiring an exterior light to see what you are writing. And then, when you use an outside light, the glare off the board made that difficult! But I contacted the company and they said that they would replace the board. Should they do that, I will report what happens when I use it, and spend some more time in the review explaining the other things that I like! I'd like to upgrade to 5 stars -- if the screen works well, I will do that.

Worth It!
I bought this for my husband a while back as a Christmas present and don't regret it! It's all he uses for his notes and creative process. Love it!

Works well and very useful
A great smart notebook, very suitable for taking notes. I'm using it to take notes in class now and the effect is very good.

I mean... its Okay...
Functionality wise, this product is as advertised. Yes, you can take notes on their paper and it shows them EXACTLY as entered on the app, which is indeed pretty cool. The writing board works well also. Basically, it's okay....What missed the mark for me at least, is the practicality of the product.I often take notes at forums, tradeshow panels, etc. where it is just not comfortable (physically or courtesy wise) to sit there banging on a laptop taking notes while people are talking. Once the event is over, I have to type all of the notes into my pc. (One Note is my organizational software of preference). With this product, there is no application that can be put on a pc that ties into any software where notes can be stored and organized. Yes, you can export PDF's, word docs, etc.... one at a time! That makes things a little "clunky" for me as far as my use case goes. I don't want to open One Note, then have to open attachment after attachment to view my notes.I have searched the internet for a smoother tie in, but so far nothing. If it changes I will edit my review and my rating, until then, Ophaya has some work to do on the software side.

Powerful.
I often need to do conference presentations. Traditional presentations are often monotonous and difficult to attract students' attention. Recently, I got an electronic writing pad, which is not only powerful, but also easy to operate and very convenient.
