The media could not be loaded. Shelving is very sturdy, made of all metal and wood. Took about half an hour to put together. All the pieces lined up just right. Shelves seem to have a strong capacity for each shelf.

This shelf was very easy to assemble. It fit perfectly where I wanted it to go. The only reason I'm bumping my review down to 4 stars is:1. The wood color was quite a bit off from the picture. It was more yellow than I thought.2. The adjustable feet were a pain to get levelled. Unlike other reviews, the front foot on mine was very long. Trying to get the others level to it took some fiddling. It still wasn't completely sturdy when I was done.

Easy assembly (by one person), sturdy, great height, and the wood is solid with great color pattern. Perfect corner piece with a lot of space to display decor, picture, books, etc.

I bought the white version of this five-tiered bookshelf.As others are stating, the frame is metal and the shelves are faux wood. This creates a texture/shine difference that takes getting used to, and it's not easy to tell in photos. It makes it look cheap.More annoying was the fact that frame doesn't easily line up. The instructions have you fit the frame together and then add the shelves. The shelves don't fit this way. I had to start from scratch and fit the shelves first. Even after that, the frame doesn't end up being level.There are adjustable feet to add at the bottom. This makes it sturdy enough.
