It first has a strong taste of butter, then a lighter taste of butterscotch. After I had a few, I really liked it.It's just different, It's worth a try.

These are not great. Natural ingredients and all that, but did not taste good. The “butterscotch” flavor you are thinking of are not this. It’s more like actual stick of butter. So fair warning.The texture of the hard candy was okay though. Nice and smooth with no sharp parts.Worth noting, like a few others: the image shows 3 bags but only got 1. Didn’t see I actually only ordered one, which is fine. But did seem a bit misleading. However, I didn’t care for the candy so only having 1 bag means less to throw out.

I used to buy this brand at Woolworths but they were square and about an inch in size. The problem with these are small round size not big enough and they are not the original flavor from 50 plus years ago. Sad

I agree with others that these are absolutely terrible tasting! They are not that nice rich butterscotch flavor that you would expect and are so disgusting that now, after the first one, I will chuck the rest of them. What a shame what a waste of money and I absolutely do not recommend these.
