The thermostat WORKS!!
Just wanted to headline this review as all the ones I read said it didn't...Well it didn't- UNTIL I noticed a tiny clear film covering the front of the sticker. I removed it and then ran my finger over the black indicators. 💥 now i know it's too hot!!Anyway, small pleasures...Now to the rest of the product.Plenty of salt ✅Choice of nozzle size ✅Nice and compact easy to store ✅Temperature is reading ok so here I go...OK so the instructions are good - when it says head leaning to one side it might have wanted to specify tilting the head so the side with the bottle is higher and the free nostril closest to the sink - gravity an all!Very easy and pleasant to use. Keep tissues handy!My nasal passages feel clearer already 🎉Overall - like it, think it's a bargain compared to the "leading" brand.

Great, works well but..
Great for blocked sinuses. Easy to use. Only problem is that the temperature sticker does not work. Easy to check temp of water using wrist so not such a big deal.

Excellent
This sinus rinse is a lifesaver! It’s simple to use and comes with extra salt solution, which is super convenient. The first few uses were a bit uncomfortable, but once I got the hang of it and cleared my sinuses, the results were incredible. I can finally breathe easily! I started using it twice a day, but now once a day is enough to maintain the amazing results. Easy to clean and stores just the right amount of solution. Highly recommend it for anyone struggling with congestion!

The nossil is too big even for an adult nostril. The pump at the end doesn't seem very effective but bottle is too firm to squeeze. Will keep trying with it.

Works perfectly
Very easy to use and set up. Was wary to try but now I’m addicted to it. Suffering from sinusitis and it’s the only thing that gives me any relief. Amazing little gadget and lots of salt sachets so can be used 60 times before needing to add anything else. Brilliant price.

Almost perfect …
I bought this for travelling with. Perfect size. But, it’s lacking a protective cover for the nasal part, which all my others have and which I also think is absolutely necessary for travel, and a travel pouch / bag would be really useful too. Other than that it’s perfect.
