The best table I've gotten from Amazon! Actually worth it and very sturdy!!

The instructions where easy to follow, but some of the holes where not threaded properly and it made things very difficult to put together. This desk looks great when it is put together, only wish it had more holes for electrical cords.

Absolutely a two person job! While some of the pieces did not come labeled the diagram makes it easy to figure out. It looks great in my office

The desk itself is fantastic. We are very adept at building furniture like this. However..... the instructions are unclear, parts are mislabeled, and customer service is no help. Wood screws are one of the main parts, but you can't screw those into metal machine threads, which is what the instructions tell you to do. We called customer service to see if there were missing parts and they hung up on us. We ended up have to use different screws that we had on hand and had to use a metal cutoff wheel to cut the screw heads off. We're pleased with the end result but assembly is definitely challenging and not for the novice builder!

I bought a reception desk and was a bit worried because the reviews were half and half about it being hard to put together. But honestly, it wasn't difficult at all! The instructions were clear, and it came together perfectly. It's definitely worth the money and looks fantastic in our space!

They make the pictures look nice, but none of the pieces fit together flush. All of the woodgrain was faded and chipped along the edges. A piece of the bar top black resin was chipped, and this was sold as a brand new inbox unit. The real kicker is the fact that I have to pay FedEx freight shipping to send this back to California and wait for Amazon to reimburse me. This is hands-down becomes the biggest headache purchase I’ve ever had with Amazon. do not do business with this company.

When the very heavy box arrived looking like it had been run over by a tank, I was really worried. Surely the parts inside would be horribly mangled. I reached out to customer support, and they assured me that they would be happy to replace any parts that I needed.When I finally got around to opening the box and looking things over, everything was fine. I didn't need to get any parts replaced.Putting this desk together isn't for the faint of heart, but it's surprisingly sturdy with a metal frame. I'm very happy with the purchase, and I'm grateful for the prompt customer support (that I ended up not needing).

The desk that was in the lobby was old and ugly. It needed an upgrade. This was perfect! We have had lots of compliments. Just like other reviews though, the instructions are terrible. My husband was able to put it together by himself but it took 5 hours and he is a very handy man. He can fix anything. But this was challenging for him because of instructions.
