Worst service post delivery incorrect seller information
We purchased this product for our business account, and within just one month, the camera began displaying blurry visuals. We initially attempted to reach the seller's customer care with no success. Following this, we contacted Amazon customer service multiple times requesting the seller’s contact information.Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. Amazon representatives gave inconsistent responses, eventually sharing an email and phone number that turned out to belong to a bakery. Later, we were informed that the product would be picked up, and a self-pickup receipt was generated. However, the label listed a seller number based in Andhra Pradesh (which is currently out of service), while the return address was in Punjab.This clearly indicates that Amazon does not have accurate seller information, nor is it taking responsibility for resolving the issue—despite the product still being under warranty. We were also told that the seller would contact us via email. The only response we received was a dismissive message stating, “After 1 month you are getting problem.”As a business account holder, we are extremely disappointed by the lack of support and accountability from both the seller and Amazon. We expect better service, especially when a product under warranty becomes faulty so quickly.We urgently request:A proper resolution to this issue.Clear and accurate seller contact information.An immediate replacement or refund as per the warranty terms.Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
