This is very sturdy and stable e-cycle. It weight is light weight and it's battery is placed securely, since I bought it I only charge it once and cycle it about 10 km, it's padel assist feels riding so light that many a times I have to stop paddling for some time, also it's throttle is light and pickup instantly. This is the base model. Till now I am very satisfied with the performance of this product.

I bought this Synergy B1 5.8ah Yellow without LCD base model bicycle in October festival offer season .I had just an intension to check out how fruitful EVs are , and now it's more than a month over using it .Really value for money product available in market , step ahead of it's competitors in every respect.I did multiple necessary accessories installation to get it as perfect commuter- full wheel metal mudguards, strong light, led reflectors, comfy seats, back carrier etc.The one think I feel is the lack of suspension fork.But for the price they are offering , no point of complaining.Whoever willing to buy ebicycle can happily cosider it.

I bought Synergy B1 electric bike during big billion days. It is a wonderful product and worth every penny spent. My office is 3 km away from my home and instead of buying electric scooter, I bought this bicycle and using it for going to office also I actually bought this for my elder son and he found it extremely good to drive.i recommend every one to buy this product. The media could not be loaded. Don't know what type of build quality they are using. It's not even 15 days since I bought this and already the disc brake got broken due to heat issues. And the synergy company is not at all taking any responsibility. They are telling it as a mechanical failure and doesn't come under warranty.

Quality of the electric cycle in terms of sturdiness and build quality amazes me. Throttle ,visual display of battery charge, ignition switch, rear wheel mounted hub motor have an impression that they are built with good materials and built to last. Customer service is extremely responsive and very supportive. Faulty charger was replaced within a couple of days. Have had no issues post this. It is extremely good value for the price. Since battery is safely hidden in the frame, helps it by not exposing it to any weather elements and giving undue and unwarranted attention from strangers about it being an electric cycle. Battery range is decent and acceptable for the price. Assembly of cycle can be easily done with the cycle tools that are provided by any novice as is already 95% preassembled. Horn and set of mudguards need to be purchased separately and is not included as part of the cycle assembly. Satisfied with my purchase decision from Synergy.
