We have cathedral ceilings. This includes an adjustable connector that lets us have the bottom light horizontal.This light is simple, sort of disappears against the ceiling. I like that you can change the color temp and dim the brightness. Totally changed the room.I deducted a star because the fan sort of knocks/clicks when turned on, so we won't use it. I have the other model in this listing (with the sparkly LED outside) and that fan is quiet and nice.

Here I've been, going over to my space heater for warmth. Even with that little fan under the gas space heater, it's still not enough to circulate heat effectively throughout my apartment in these New England winters. Further, because of my apartment's design, much of the heat generated gets trapped up near the ceiling. It's so hot up there, that even my birds can't breathe when they're sitting on the fridge lol.Then I got this little light bulb fan, just to see if I could get that heat down where us short people are.I can't tell you how much it helps with heating the ENTIRE apartment, since that heat isn't trapped at the ceiling! (Don't tell my downstairs neighbor, though, 'cause I'm thinking that his heat's getting stuck, too, which warms our floors lol)For all of you who have those old-fashioned gas space heaters in your apartments, GET THIS! You'll find yourself going under that fan in order to get a quick blast of heat at first.Keep it on low setting when you get the trapped heat down, to maintain comfort and heat efficiency, as well as a more even heat distribution.Different settings allow much adjustment (gotta admit that the light was way too bright initially, easily adjusted, though), super convenient via remote. (Batteries for remote are included.)JUST BUY IT!UPDATE: Didn't last, stopped working after only 14 days. Installed 2 weeks ago, was working this AM, but now is dead. Piece of junk.)

For starters I absolutely love this light/fan fixture,it was extremely easy to install,the fan circulates quite a bit of air ,the light is amazing .I’m confined to a wheelchair and live in a older house and our living room doesn’t have a light switch for the ceiling fan so i was having to extend the pull chain ,which was in the way when we had vistorsThis screwed into our light bulb socket on our ceiling fan and to be honest it circulates as much air as our big fanMy husband ( who is also in a wheelchair) says it was the best money ive spent the light puts out so much light i love that it has a night mode ,sleep timer , three fan speeds 2 different colors of light ,its also lets you dim or brighten in increments to control how much light it puts outI do have a little bit of problem at times with the remote turning light or fan off but I’m still playing with the remote but after a couple of clicks they do turn offIf i could give more than 5 stars i would definitely buy this one if your looking for a ceiling lightI got the circular one to keep from getting the main ceiling light chain tangled up in the bladeswe absolutely love it and thinking about getting more and replacing our recessed lights with these in our kitchenShowing how it looks with regular light 1st pictureWith the other colorlight 2 nd picture ,3 rd picture is night light ,
