RB Key stopped wokring less than a year in, no replacement
The media could not be loaded. I love this controller but my RB button or Dust button literally stopped working consistently if at all less than a year of owning the product. I mainly play fighting games and I'm pretty careful with my stuff. I've hot swapped out the switches of that specific pin multiple times, software updates and flashes and resets, changed around settings, etc, and still the issue seems to be solely hardware based, along with cleaning it of course. Spoke with the seller and they stated that I was out of the 3-6 month service period which is a shame because I've bought the Haute42 plastic clear model before and it had issues and they replaced the controller with a 1 year policy and didn't even ask two questions. Nor did they ask for the old controller back. I was hoping this would be the same for this order but I guess as it goes with amazon, this clearly must be a different seller that I'm interacting with for this Haute42 controller compared to the previous one I bought. Huge shame.

Nice piece of equipment, a little difficult to get the hang of...
We tried this on a gaming PC and it was an interesting experience, but like any controller, it takes some getting used to. My only issue is a personal one, it's the lack of a directional pad (D-pad). I do like how you can program the buttons. The quality of the shell and buttons is excellent, the OLED(?) screen is a little too pixelated by 2024 standards. My son tried it and he claims there are not enough buttons to replace a keyboard and he has to switch back and forth during a game so often that he just uses the keyboard. This probably isn't for everyone, but those that can use with it's limitations this will likely love it. The price is astronomical for a press-button controller. Your satisfaction may vary.

Sehawei seemingly always delivers
I have several of Sehawei's leverless sticks and they're all really great, this may be my favorite though. The big metal face of it sits in your lap MUCH more comfortably than the smaller standard M16 (which I do also have), the buttons are a natural distance apart and its' just very pleasant to use.I predominantly use it on PC, which obviously has no compatibility issues, but I have used my other models on PS5, but only on PS4 games. The first time I did there was no issue but I'm not sure if it was on Sony's end or what but now I have to plug a PS4 controller into its extra port to make it work. Not a big deal though as both I have said controller on hand, and I mostly only use it on PC.Buttons are responsive and click satisfyingly, it uses standard PC switches so they're easy to swap out if you are so inclined. This is a fair bit spendier than some of their other options, but the premium feel is pretty worthwhile. If you would rather go for something less expensive there is absolutely zero reason to not get any of their acrylic controllers they're all basically exactly as nice at a lower cost. Just generally premium all around from these guys.

Love the larger size!
I have a few of these Arcade Sticks but I really like the size of this new Sehawei Haute42 M16 Plus controller. The buttons are larger then my T13 but feel just as natural and even have a better feel and click to the buttons. I really like the metal casing feels and look very premium. The LCD display gives you instant feedback on the buttons you press, and the RPG rings around the buttons look great in the dark while gaming.I am a PC gamer, so I haven't used this with console game systems, but I would expect it to be just as flawless to use. Programming the buttons is fairly simple and I like the couple of extra buttons this one has over my others, gives me a few more options and some additional games I can play. All in all, this is a very well-made Arcade Controller, and I highly recommend it.

Better than expected. Really fun, but so much to learn.
Oh man this thing is a joy. Build wise this thing is great. It's a lot smaller than you would expect. Pretty much the size of a magazine at the local book store. It's dense and has a great build to it, but a very tiny profile. As someone who used to own like Hori Fighting sticks and stuff like that I was expecting something bigger but was very impressed and had fun with this thing.Saying that, I remember watching Daigo using a Hitbox on youtube like 4-5 years ago and was enthralled by it. Never really thought of getting one myself as I stopped playing fighting games when SFIV came out and never really played it the same level as when SF3:Third Strike was popular. Saw this thing popped up on vine though and really glad to have grabbed it. It's really fun, very responsive, but dang does it have a learning curve. You really have to change your whole mindset using this. This Sehawei is awesome though to learn on. It just feels great to use and I really like the ergonomics of it and the responsiveness. Don't know how pros would feel or anyone who is SUPER serious about fighting games, but for the general casual player like me who wouldn't mind using it for campaign mode in Street Fighter 6, this thing is great.
