Work fine to run the plugs in my brick shed outside, from the main fusebox in the house...
These arrive in a padded postage envelope and all three MCBs are inside. They appear to have a good build quality even though they are a little rattly when shaken but that is due to their design. They are rated for 230/400v and at 50Hz.My electrician installed one of these for me to protect the plugs in my shed and he said they were ok, and he was happy to use them. They have a CE marking on them and a visual indicator to show you if it is turned on or off. I found it a little odd that it showed green when the MCB was off and red when it was on but it’s easy to know as it is printed on the front which was is on and off.I’ve not had this trip so can’t really test for its effectiveness in that area but it’s simple enough to cut the power by flicking the switch, so it seems to be working fine so far. These are also reasonably priced so I wasn’t sure what to expect but my electrician didn’t mind using them and they can be fussy sometimes as they need to guarantee their work is safe.
