I must say that the Ameta S20 Lite drone for beginners is an absolutely amazing device. For starters, it is very reactive to the user's control device. This thing can stop at an instant, turn completely 180° in the opposite direction, and take off at full speed. It also has many really cool tricks such as the ability to do a midair 360° in any direction. Another plus is the long battery life. We are talking nearly 30 minutes of un stopped flight. The camera is certainly 4k capable. The resolution is the best I have seen yet on a drone for under $100. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and recommend this modle to all those seeking to become professional drone pilots. This is a must get for any occasion.

After watching a lot of YouTube reviews on beginner drones, I landed on this one. It had a 30 dollar off coupon, so the price was around 70 dollars. I have not been disappointed. For the price, it has a good camera, although you won't get any gimbal or EIS, which is understandable. It performs as advertised. It hovers well, although it is affected by wind easily due to the light weight, and this is explained in the manual. The controls are laid out nicely and seem decent quality. The app is easy to use. The instructions are well written, but could use a little more detail and information. This drone was a vast improvement over another drone that was given to me as a gift and was virtually uncontrollable. I had a question not covered by the manual, and they got back to me quickly with a detailed answer. Overall, I am quite pleased, given the low price

Ive beat the crap out of this thing already, I'm not a natural. New to drones and wish that after a crash, no matter how gentle or violent, you could launch it immediately but it requires a hard reboot which makes me think I'll lose it pretty quick if I really push the altitude. Probably not the truest sense of a beginner drone but does come with 2 batteries, an OK battery life, and what I expected out the camera. I'm mostly satisfied and think most users would be too.

Good for money

This drone does not have gps nor does it hold it's place. I have another drone that has gps & will hover for as long as I want to but this drone has good camera quality at night that's about the only thing I like but it would be a much better drone if it just had gps

Go drone to get kids started. We've tried smaller simpler ones, but this seems to be the ticket for a 10 year old boy.

This drone was prone to wandering since out of the box. The 3 flights were really basic, just flying around 2 acre property with tall trees bordering it. 1st flight it seemed really fast and quick on the fast setting. It never seemed to hover in the same spot, it would drift. Would not fly in the direction of steering, it would oversteer. Went higher than 60 ft and then it just drifted away in the direction of the wind, even while steering it in opposite direction. Barely got it back to my spot, I had to keep steering against the wind while it slowly got back. I chalked it up as user error and too windy. Second flying attempt was a simple below 50ft ceiling easy flying route. Again it would oversteer and nearly flew into trees while trying to make simple turns. 3rd flying attempt, no to little breeze, same with oversteering problem, drifting, could not stay in same place at any height. And after several minutes of flying, I took it up to 60-70 ft and it just steered away from me like it was grabbed by a gust of wind(no wind actually). I pushed the emergency stop and nothing happened as I lost sight of it. However, I walked in the direction of the drone and it was stuck in the neighbors tree. Couldn’t reach the drone, so I told my neighbor to use it as target practice. Not a good drone, steering was unpredictable and not user friendly for a beginner. It had a good battery life and it came with 2 batteries. SNAPTAIN drone was a lot better for a beginner, which was my previous drone.
