Good quality
I’ve only just bought it but have used it on jeans and shirts and it’s fantastic and quick and I find it much easier than ironing. The heat proof glove enables one to steam with one hand and keep it still to make easier with the other hand. It’s exactly what I wanted.

Amazing
Just what I needed for my fast paced life with a son who needs fast ironing for work clothes. For convenience on a daily basis.

Very satisfied
I am very happy with this stimmer. It is incredibly easy to use. Plus I use Lenor water for clothes and it gives me a satisfied pleasure when I use it.

Very handy
In reality, this will never replace my large iron generator but I really wanted this for two main reasons.1 - so I can iron garments upright, mainly my curtains so I can remove any wrinkles while they are hanging (direct pressed heat would likely melt them anyway), and other things like shirts etc with are on hangers2 - so I can travel with an iron. I do a lot of away days/business trips with work and my clothes are usually wrinkled from my duffle bag. Often, there isn't a supplied iron in my room. This works great for both reasons. Being Philips, I trust the brand so I've confident it's not likely to break on me while I am away. It seems decent enough at generating steam (don't expect miracles) considering its size.It doesn't take that long to heat up in my experience though I usually just turn it on and walk away and do something else for a few minutes. It does a fine job of removing creases - struggles on really bad ones because you can't really get the pressure on the crease like you can physically pressing down on it with a traditional iron and a board but it's good enough for my needs and is really easy to use.My only gripe is how much water it can hold but again I'm being critical because it's designed to be small for a reason.Philips do make better ones but they are considerably more expensive. It's something I wish I had gotten a long time ago so I can recommend. If you're on a budget though there are plenty non-branded ones on the market as I understand the Philips item is a premium one.

Just not as good as an iron
OK, so I thought a steamer would be life-changing (even though ironing has only ever been part of my life for maybe an hour a year). I had one cotton blouse with a lot of pleats and panels that I decided to sell on Vinted because it never looked neat. I thought a steamer would mean I could keep it. The steamer did NOT make it look neat. Instead I wasted 10 precious minutes trying to get pleats flat and wrinkles out and failed on both counts. Much better when I laid the garment on the ironing board but then I realised…I’m using an iron again! Returned and buying a new and cheaper iron, plus remembering not to hanker after domestic novelty.
