This is my 3rd order of these and I couldn't be happier. I originally brought them to help with my pcos and they've been incredible. It works so far
I bought this about a month ago and have been taking it every day. It really is amazing, stops me from snacking and blocks all cravings. I can go long hours between meals without being hungry and previously I needed to snack constantly. I feel like it really helps controlling my blood sugar and insulin.

Don't feel the effect
I have no idea what does to the body as so far I don't feel any difference. I bought them couple of weeks ago, and haven't skipped a day. So, honestly I have no idea if it works.
