The media could not be loaded. Roasting coffee is my newest hobby (always been a coffee snob, so it was my next logical step) and this thing is an easy intro to the process. Plug and play functionality, choice between medium or dark roast, but there's little room for confusion or error while using this contraption. The resultant roast turned out to be quite tasty and considering the fact that I can pick up a five pound bag of unroasted coffee beans for about $40 or so, it's a significant savings. Happy with the purchase and looking forward to learning more about coffee roasting.Update - squeezed five months worth of use out of the thing before it went on the fritz. Buying a more robust roaster.

Stops working after less than 20 uses. I have had two of these now, the first one Amazon charged a restocking fee for a broken item. Both lasted less than 2 months, but not until they had passed the return period. Trying to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty is an exercise in frustration since Amazon hides that information because they want to be the hero.****DO NOT BUY**** Total junk.

This is a really nice coffee roaster for the enthusiasts. Would recommend.

I have had ones that cost 2x more and they didnt do as good a job as this one. this one is great. takes up very little room.

I want my money back! I've roasted 3 batches now and the toxic smell that emanates from this thing is overpowering. I don't know if it's burning plastic or solvents that weren't removed during manufacturing. Whatever it is, it smells downright dangerous.Second complaint is the roast buttons (Medium & Dark) either don't go off or are timed WAY too long. I've had to manually stop the thing every time I've used it.The shame is that it's not essentially a bad design. Husk collection works well. Some neat features but the seriously need to fix the obvious bugs.

Worked great for the first month but on month 2 1/2, something shorted out and caused an awful smell and smoke to shoot out of the unit. Inside of unit is burned and it will no longer turn on. Disappointed in how long the product lasted and can’t seem to find a way to contact the seller since the return window is closed.

My husband wanted to start roasting his own beans so I started with this model. My husband loves it. Does a very good even job at roasting.
