Farberware Bakeware Springform Baking Pan, Round Nonstick Cheesecake Pan - 9 Inch, Gray

For my daughter's recent birthday, I wanted to make a cake that my mom used to make for us many decades ago, which needed a removable bottom cake pan. I wanted to make it for my daughter's birthday, and didn't have the mold/pan. Ordered this one, arrived next morning, seemed very study and well-made. Tried it out. Worked just awesome! Just like mom's! Bottom didn't leak at all (it had brandy-soaked lady fingers on the bottom), and when I popped it open to serve, there was no sticking at all! Motivates me to make this more often!Highly recommend for anyone needed a pan like this for similar cakes, or tiramisu, etc.

I've been wanting to make a cheese cake so I bought this to replace my old, rusty springform pan. This Farberware pan is marvelous-- it's sturdy, has non-stick coating, and will be a lot easier to clean. I'm throwing the old pan away right now! PS-- The price is great! Much lower than what I've recently seen in stores.

I'm at the point in my life where I know to stick to quality brands. Faberware has not let me down. I don't have to question if their company will still exist in two weeks. I know that when they say their cookware is nontoxic, there's like a 85% chance that it's actually nontoxic. I like not having weird films or coating on my cookware. This is exactly what I wanted.

Well made and easy to use

Just baked a cheesecake in it and no leakage! The cheesecake does not appear to to stick to the sides either! Great buy glad I got it.EDIT: My cheesecake did not leak out but it appears that water leaked IN to my crust. I had a very soggy gross crust.I know leakage is common in springform pans so I'm only knocking 1 star off. Just wrap pan in tinfoil to prevent leakage.

Product is great (hence the 5 stars), but be aware that although the product title reads, "9 Inch", the actual dimensions are 9.5" x 9.5". This info is tucked away in the Product Description under "Measurements". In order to view the actual dimensions, you need to be sure to expand that section.I measured the inner diameter of my Instant Pot's inner pot before ordering and found that the measurement is 9.5", so I thought I would have 1/2-inch leeway when using this Farberware springform pan.The outer diameter of the Farberware springform pan is actually 9.25", but the pan's locking tongue curves outward 1/4". Sadly, that one detail makes this pan unusable in a 6QT Instant PotBe aware. Although I think this pan would be fine in a regular oven, don't let my mistake be yours. This pan will not fit in a 6QT Instant Pot.
