Q: Can you & your passenger listen to one phone playing the music at the same time (different devices) and use intercom to each other ?

Hello,you and your passenger can listen to music from different phones at the same time but can't share music from one phone.When you both listen to music at the same time,one of you just need to press the multi-function button to start intercom.

Q: I ordered this about three weeks ago i love it but, I lost my charging cable but can't find a replace charging cable can i order one from you?

I bought this product over a year ago and have also lost my charging cable. I can get an Amazon invoice but that is the extent of it. Can you point me in the direction to purchase a new charging cable?

Q: Can it be used while charging?

Hello,the charge port and the speaker port is the same one,so you can't use it when charging.

Q: Can I use my own headset and microphone?

I doubt it. It's a unique plug similar to micro USB. But different enough to where I think they might be the only company that makes it. That being said, the speakers and mic that come with it are really nice. I listen to music quietly when I ride but when the phone rings the system answers automatically at a volume proper for a phone call. This is an amazing system for only $52
