My wife and I own a multi-unit office building and were looking for a solution to do away with keys to the outside doors AND add a remote entry system (door buzzer). This seemed the "economical" solution, and I figured, "hey, if it doesn't work, it's a couple hundred bucks, and back to the drawing board." I read through the reviews and thought we'd give it a try. The hardware installation was pretty straight forward (we're an older building, so some of the wire pulling was "fun," but doable). The wiring diagrams were simple to follow, and the step-by-step, software setup was really easy. If I did have questions, I just sent an email. I did have a concern with the email process, thinking the time difference would be an issue, however, Support was amazing! Most of the time, I had a response within an hour or so (I was prepared to wait until the next day).The biggest issue I had was that I wanted to be able to access this from my laptop and my desktop, just in case I needed to access the controller software while we were away from the building. After trying several times to set this up on my own (I'm tech savvyish, but not when it comes to remote servers...), I emailed support and they sent me step-by-step instructions with help videos. I still didn't get it, that was on me, not them. They offered to jump on my computers and set everything up for me. It took about 20 minutes on a live session to my computer, probably would've been less, but I had a a lot of questions (again, on me, not them). Now I'm able to access the software to make changes, no matter where I am.One thing to think about, if using the app for people to "buzz in," everyone with the app has access to all doors on the system. This isn't an issue if you're only using it for exterior doors, or doors that you want everyone to have access to. We were planning to add our office door to the system. We will probably purchase another system (they're economical enough) to split our doors off.We paired this system with a Blink system (2 video doorbells for the 2 exterior doors) so all offices would have access to allow their clients into the building.Installation: *****Ease of Use: *****Product does what it says: *****Product Support: ******************************************************************************

I have been buying equipment from this company for about 8 years. They have always been there to answer any questions I have. The other day I installed a new controller to one of my clients and it caused an issue with the software. I emailed the support and had answers and a resolution in about 30 mins. The company has also been great assisting with questions and help for some units I purchase 7+ years ago. The equipment holds up well too. I don't think I have ever had a board fail. These units get heavy daily use too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a good price, good equipment and EXCELLENT tech support for any issues buy with this company.

We were having issues getting the system set up and the gentleman called us to walk us through the entire process. He was a huge help.

Looked everything over once the system arrived. Hooked up and tested everything on the bench first to assure that system worked, hook-up was good, internet tested good and key FOB's and Cards worked as advertised. All checked good on the bench test of the complete system. My installation took probably a little longer because we had to modify/repair our metal door frame due to previous installations that were done - not well- and ended up with a butchered door jam that looked like it was cut with a chainsaw, but we took time to make it right. (Side note: Do not attempt to make metal door jam repairs unless you are sure of your capabilities, luckily, our door jam is made of aluminum and we are good with that) The final Striker lock installation looked like a new door jam installation and turned out really good. We had to also install an electrical outlet for the Door access control box as it is located about 20 ft away from the Door we are controlling and in a secure room. We fabricated a new CAT 5 ethernet cable and routed 2 pieces of 4 conductor telephone/alarm system hookup wire between the controller and the other accessories at the door. After all was connected with weather proof heat shrink and a couple of environmental splices, the system was tested and all worked really good. I am still learning the software side of things and may indeed end up calling tech support for that but that's ok. we are very pleased how this system operates and shows who has logged in thru our front door and at what time, again still learning everything that this system can do. Thankfully we only have 1 door to monitor and control and now our building is more secure than it was with the old system. We should have done this a long time ago. I will update this review if anything changes. Would buy again if we needed a second system.

One of our customers was in need of adding controlled access to two of the doors in the building. We had already installed a door phone for users to call into the system, but no way to release the door. Because of the age of the doors, we needed to use magnet locks in order to accomodate the request. This kit included everything we needed to complete the project and allow us to integrate to the Viking door phone system. It was really nice to have an enclosure included which fit the electronic boards for easy wiring and safe containment. Tech support was VERY responsive offering the needed information to program and interface the sensors. The YouTube Videos available were helpful as well. I would recommend or buy again.
