Good product and time saver.
I’ve have this running on my drip system for my garden for two seasons and it has work great. Fill it up with liquid or water soluble fertilizer and it’s ready to go. I have four raised beds and 5-10 pots with adjustable flow heads and I only need to refill about once a week maybe ten days. Granular fertilizer seems to last longer than liquid. It’s easy to drain and refill. I have mine under my elevated deck so it is protected from sunlight. I would recommend protecting it from the sunlight as it’s plastic and it will reduce its lifespan. Also when using granular fertilizer be sure to get it off the Oring before screwing it back on and you don’t have to tighten it down a lot or you will have some trouble getting it back off. Securing the top to something is a good idea too because it makes it way easier to get the bottom off to refill.

Game Changer - It ROCKS!
I use 4 of these 24 oz. injectors on different automated watering zones for my small fruit tree orchard, small avocado tree orchard, vegetable garden, and banana orchard. They ROCK! I have had no issues with them at all. I use pressure compensated emitters and drippers by One Stop Outdoor - 2 and 4 Gallons Per Hour Pressure Compensating Drip Emitters and also Antelco Shrubbler 360 Degree Pressure Compensating Dripper on Spike, all items bought here on Amazon. For my avocados I use Dig interchangeable head microsprinkler on spike. I set my Rainbird digital timer for its schedule and fill the injector with either granular or liquid fertilizer and when it's time to water the trees and garden, it injects the fertilizer into the drip/sprinkler lines and my trees are automatically watered and fertilized. Works wonders!Tip: I strongly recommend buying and using quick connections on all the water hose ends and injectors for ease of use. I use HQMPC Garden Hose Quick Connect Solid Brass Quick Connector Garden Hose Fitting Water Hose Connectors 3/4 inch GHT. I use these on all my water hoses and items I'm connecting to to the hoses.

Works good beware of the hose washer
Mine leaked terribly. Put new hose washer still leaked terribly. After disassembling again notice the hose washer is too small and can move inside the slot. Be careful to make sure it stays centered when tightening on the input side and it works great.

Good if you measure before setting it up
These are somewhat better than the cheaper black ones made by another company.Don't expect to not refill the fertilizer often. These will be diluted beyond what you meant to apply after about 12 gallons for the 16 oz, 18 for the 24, and 24 or the 32. Having used much bigger volume proportional injectors before, I wouldn't want that much fertilizer sitting around for just my garden beds anyway... it would go bad. But, if you are thinking you will fertilize an entire yard like this, you may be refilling the fertilizer every day.The 24 and 32 oz are way easier to mount as they have holes. The 16 oz require some fussing with to stabilize.I arrange these directly in front of the bed they are fertilizing. I use 1/2" elbows to bring the 1/2" line up, connect one of the 1/2" screw on end caps without the end cap to connect to the male thread, and connect the female thread to a 1/2" twist lock adapter. I also use the extra cap on the bottom of the unit to replace the metal one that comes with these. The metal corrodes rapidly and is not any more convenient than unscrewing a plastic end cap. These can be linked in series easily. I link three in a row for different, incompatible stock solutions. The units are always cheaper in the winter. If you like them, don't wait for spring.

Broke on third use
The third time I used the device the pressed on fitting from the drip line blew out. It is not a replacement part, so the entire unit is a throw away. Since it is 13 months old it is out of warranty. Installation was not easy, stopping drips was difficult.

This was a used/returned product from somebody previously
Delivered on time but the packaging was damaged, but not the contents. It was clearly retaped and previously used. The bottom drain plug was missing so I had to purchase one. Each side leaks when I connect the hose to the faucet and garden hose no matter how tight.I move the unit around, so I just keep it in a 5 gallon bucket to hold it upright when using it. The 5 gallon bucket I used fills with water in about 20 minutes or so due to the leaking. The unit does work to deliverthe surfactant and fertilizers but wish I had received a new one with all the parts.I primarily use this to water "dry spots" (hydrophobic areas) of the lawn.I got tired of standing with a hose end sprayer in the 100 plus degree temperatures in central Texas, so this allows me to automate the spraying with a impact sprinkler. Once the concentrate, (I use Penterra Soil Penetrant and Wetting Agent) is delivered the sprinkler system continues to water it in.I use a hose water timer to stop the watering after a period of time.If it didn't leak so much and the product delivered as new, I'd give it 5 stars as it does do the job ofdelivering the surfactants and fertilizer effectively.

I feed my flowers and garden with these
I have three of them. They're good for 4 or 5 seasons. Use teflon tape, don't over tighten and use a regulator.

Failed product
Poor quality.2 months and the lower casing Cracks in two, just falls off. I do not recommend Chapin 4701, 24 oz. Fertilizer Injector.Follow up Review: Chapin sent a replacement which has worked flawlessly. Very happy with 2nd Unit.I recommend it.
